SOURCE
2023 — Present
I started SOURCE in 2023. The work now spans a local app in daily use, a hardware design, and a model still to be built. Together, they are meant to give personal AI a reliable record of the person it serves, under that person's control.
The first test is one person at one computer
0 records what happens on the computer. DeepReal is being designed to observe presence and physical interaction at the desk. The proposed Continuous Human Model would connect authenticated observations and give agents only the verification or context they need for a task.
These parts are at different stages. The physical and digital streams have not yet been linked into a working proof chain, and there is no integrated Continuous Human Model.

Working software
A local-first app used day to day on macOS. It captures screen text, transcribes speech on-device, supports dictation, and records keyboard, pointer, and gaze activity. A timeline and coding-agent session hub make some of that record usable. Its credential vault has local encryption and recovery; backup and Mac-to-iPhone sync are still being built and checked.
DeepReal
Hardware design
A hardware design for sensing the physical side of computer use. Current work includes the enclosure and moving sensor heads, camera coverage, internal packaging, and a preliminary main-board design. There is no finished device or validated sensor configuration yet.
Continuous Human Model
Specified, not integrated
The planned representation of one person over time, built from authenticated physical and digital observations. Identity continuity and scoped context for agents are separate aims. The model and its end-to-end verification system still need to be built and tested together.
For contributors and investors
SOURCE is currently being developed privately. The code, hardware designs, and detailed research are not publicly available. I'm keeping a low profile for competitive reasons, giving the project time to build and test its core ideas before sharing them more widely.
The goal is to release SOURCE as open source once the core work is further along. If you're interested in contributing or investing, I can share more context in a private conversation.
